BIG Improvement Plan - Week 1

WEEK 1 — Establish Control & Baseline

Theme: Know your numbers. Clean up contact.

 

Day / Session 1 (60 min – Range)

Wedges (20 min)

  • 50 / 75 / 100 yards (2 balls each × 3 rounds)
  • Track:
    • Inside 10 ft = 3 pts
    • Inside 20 ft = 2 pts
    • On green = 1 pt

Irons (20 min)

  • 7-iron “9-shot drill” (low/med/high × fade/straight/draw)
  • Focus: solid contact + start line

Driver (20 min)

  • 10 balls total
  • Hold finish 3 seconds
  • Goal: 7/10 playable

Day / Session 2

Session 2 (45 min – Short Game)

  • 15 min chipping (one landing spot)
  • 15 min putting:
    • 10 balls from 6 feet → track %
  • 15 min up-and-down game (keep score)

Day / Session 3

On-Course (Play 9 holes)

Track:

  • FIR
  • GIR
  • Inside 150 total strokes
  • Penalties
  • Up / Downs
  • Putts + 6-foot %
