WEEK 2 — Pressure & Consistency

Theme: Make it harder. Add consequences.

 

Day / Session 1 (60 min – Range)

Wedges (20 min)

  • Same test—but must beat Week 1 score

Irons (20 min)

  • “Play the course” (pick targets, one ball only)

Driver (20 min)

  • 10 balls:
    • 2 pts = fairway
    • 1 pt = playable
  • Goal: 15+ points

Day / Session 2 (45 min – Short Game Pressure)

  • 6-foot ladder:
    • Place six balls around the hole
    • Must make 5 in a row → if miss, restart
  • Up-and-down:
    • Play against someone
    • Hit chips around the green
    • Closest to the hole wins
    • First to 5 wins (competition format)

Day / Session 3 - On-Course (9 holes)

Track:

  • FIR
  • GIR
  • Inside 150 total strokes
  • Penalties
  • Up / Downs
  • Putts + 6-foot %
