WEEK 3 — PERFORMANCE & SCORING

Theme: Can you do it when it matters?


Session / Day 1 (60 min) — “Score or Restart” Practice

Wedges (20 min) – Scoring Only

  • 50 / 75 / 100 yards
  • 2 balls each

Scoring:

  • Inside 15 ft = 3
  • Inside 25 ft = 2
  • On green = 1

Rule:

  • Must reach 15 points
  • If not → restart

👉 No mindless reps. Every shot matters.


Irons (15 min) – One Ball Only

  • “Play 5 holes” on the range
  • Pick real targets

Rule:

  • No second balls
  • Full routine every shot

Driver (25 min) – Pressure Set

  • 10 drives total

Scoring:

  • 2 = fairway
  • 1 = playable
  • 0 = miss

Goal:

  • 14+ points
  • Miss goal → repeat last 3 balls

Session / Day 2 (45 min) — Pressure Putting + Short Game

6-Foot Ladder (15 min)

  • Must make 5 in a row
  • Miss → restart

Up & Down Game (15 min)

  • 9 balls total (different lies)

Goal:

  • 4/9 minimum
  • If not → repeat

Sand Shots

  • 9 balls total (different places in Sand)

 

Session / Day 3 - On-Course (9 Holes) — “No Excuses Round”

Track:

  • Inside 150 (goal: ≤ 27)
  • 6-foot %
  • Up & Down %
  • Penalties
